Tradetag.co.uk is a wholesale business to business site.

We do accept returns subject to the following conditions:

1. Returns to Tradetag.co.uk are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
2. To process your return, you must use our online returns system.Simply log into your account and click the "return" link next to the order you wish to return. Then follow the simple instructions, print out your returns form and return it with your goods. Your refund will then be processed.
3. All goods must be returned in good condition and original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we consider them unsuitable for resale.
4. We cannot accept returns of printed, embroidered or processed goods under any circumstances.
5. Garments sold as samples are non-returnable.
6. We will accept returns within 28 days of purchase.
